Conversation with my 4 year old

I often times wonder what goes through my kids minds. You know, how they process their world around them. And, when they are taught a concept how they make it fit in their world. Well today Kennedy and I were having a conversation about the new baby, like every day she wants to know why Heavenly Father wants her to have 3 brothers. She has now stopped wishing that he would turn into a she, but still the same question. So after this daily conversation she had a new question...

Kennedy: "Mom, are you going to get married again?"

Me: "No, I am already married to your dad."

Kennedy: "But you have to get married to have a baby."

Me: "Yes, you are right, and I am married to your dad."
Kennedy: "Well you have to get married again every time you have a new baby!"

At least she knows to be married before having babies! She also thinks that kissing means you get married, so whenever George kisses me she will say "You guys are married again!"
